Brewer's Yeast is a super, nutritional supplement! It's full of protein, iron, amino acids and B Vitamins that increase mother's milk supply while helping to fight fatigue and depression both in mama and baby. It also helps to nourish your skin and hair.
WHOLE ROLLED OATS
Proven, milk-boosting ingredient that is rich in zinc and fiber supporting good cholesterol. Whole rolled oats strengthen and support the immune system.
ORGANIC COCONUT OIL
All of our recipes contain organic coconut oil. One of the best sources of “good fat” you can add to your diet is organic virgin coconut oil. Organic coconut oil is now being recognized by the medical community as a powerful tool against immune system related diseases. It is highly nutritious and contains lauric acid, which is a disease fighting fatty acid. Organic Coconut Oil also rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber.
Rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, flax seeds and flax seed oil have phytoestrogens that aid in breast-milk production and have been proven to help with postpartum depression symptoms.
Our lactation cookie recipes contain Organic fair trade Cane Sugar. Unrefined cane sugar contains 17 amino acids, 11 minerals and 6 vitamins including antioxidants that may help reverse oxidative damage.
